Wahoo Frontier Toppings and Johnny Midnite & Co. is a family owned and operated business located in Buffalo, Wyoming, which is located at the base of the Bighorn Mountains.
“We make a variety of gourmet toppings including steak sauces, syrups, jams and jellies and ice cream toppings. We also make a delicious margarita and daiquiri mix utilizing chokecherries. All of our products are manufactured and bottled in Buffalo utilizing local recipes.
In case you are not familiar with the chokecherry, it is a bush with berries about the size of a pea, usually in clusters. Chokecherries are native to the Bighorn Mountains of northern Wyoming as well as in many other areas. Our chokecherries are picked by hand from bushes growing in the foothills of the Bighorn Mountains.

The Original Johnny Midnite® Black Peppercorn Steak Sauce was created for use on all meats and it is especially suited for wild game.
Johnny Midnite® Prairie Fire Steak Sauce in a warmer version of The Original Black Peppercorn Steak Sauce and utilizes cayenne pepper.
Coyote Catsup is a rich, smooth, but tangy ketchup and we refer to it as "The Big Kid's Ketchup."
Midnight Madness Very Hot Sauce is a hot sauce blended with the hottest pepper known ---"The Dreaded Habañero." Not for the faint of heart. Tangy, not sour, like ordinary hot sauce.
